How the case board works

Any registered user can file a public case against a DGOJ-licensed operator. The case is published with timestamp and status, the operator can respond, and the community sees it. We moderate but don't decide: we give a voice, not a verdict.

Case closed: the operator paid up or fixed the issue, or the community concluded there was no merit.

What kind of cases:

Withdrawals blocked without reason, bonuses pulled after wagering is met, accounts closed without explanation, endless KYC checks, self-exclusions not honoured, ghost customer support. The problems are real and almost nobody tells them publicly.
