We process the data you provide when creating an account or using the simulator: your email address, your username and, optionally, a profile image. We also record the virtual bets you place in the simulator.

If you sign up to the tertulia (in-person meetup), we process the name and contact details you provide. For technical reasons, our providers may also record connection data such as your IP address.

We use your email to create and authenticate your account via a magic code, on the basis of fulfilling the service you request. We display your username and stats on the public leaderboard as part of the service itself.

We manage tertulia sign-ups to organise the meetup. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it to third parties.

To deliver the service we rely on providers acting as data processors: Supabase (authentication and database), Resend (sending login code emails) and Vercel (site hosting).

These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area with the safeguards required by data-protection law.

We keep your data while your account is active. If you request account deletion we erase your data, except where retention is required by law.

You can exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to [CONTACT EMAIL]. You can also withdraw your consent at any time.

If you believe the processing of your data does not comply with the applicable law, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority (Agencia Espanola de Proteccion de Datos, www.aepd.es) or with your local data-protection authority.
